Ii.Environmental conditions
Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40°c,not lower than-5°c,and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than+35°c,when exceeding,the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.
Atmospheric conditions,clean air,relative humidity in the temperature of+40℃should not exceed 50%,at a lower temperature is allowed to have a large relative humidity,such as+20℃is 90%,should be considered due to temperature changes may occasionally produce condensation effect.
The altitude is not more than 2000M
This device is suitable for transportation and storage in the following temperature range:-25℃to+55℃,and in a short time(no more than 24h)no more than+70℃.
The device shall be installed in a place free from violent shock and impact and free from corrosive substances.
If the above conditions cannot be met,the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate to solve.

Structural features
Switch cabinet basic cabinet frame using assembled material combination structure,according to the needs of a loop scheme change,plus necessary doors,sealing plate,partition,installation bracket and bus,functional units and other parts combined into a complete switch cabinet.The structural parts inside the cabinet are treated by galvanization,and modular installation is carried out(modulus E=25mm).The switchboard surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate processed by CNC machine tools,the surface is treated by pickling and phosphating,and the surface is sprayed with electrostatic plastic,anti-wear and anti-corrosion,which has strong mechanical strength and reliable grounding protection continuity.
The cabinet is divided into horizontal bus room,vertical bus room,functional unit room and cable room with steel plate isolation.The function of each unit is relatively independent and strictly separated to ensure safe use.
There are three specifications of MCC cabinets and drawers:200mm,400mm and 600mm.The drawer has connection position,test position and separation position.Each drawer and switch is provided with a mechanical interlocking device;When the switch is broken,the drawer can be pulled out or inserted;When the switch is closed,the drawer cannot be pulled out or inserted.To prevent unauthorized operation,the operator can use a padlock to lock the switch in the breaking position.The drawer of function unit with the same specification can be conveniently exchanged.Each drawer of function unit should have 20 pairs of auxiliary contacts,which can meet the needs of remote operation control,electricity measurement and automatic monitoring system with computer interface.
The key parts and components,such as the beam inside the cabinet,the partition of the unit,the installation plate of components and the installation branch,are all made of aluminum-zinc clad plate,which can enhance its anti-corrosion ability and mechanical strength.The cabinet door is coated with epoxy powder.The protection level of the cabinet reaches IP30 to ensure the safety,maintenance,inspection,monitoring,overhaul and test of the staff.
