Ii.Environmental conditions
1.Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40°c or-5°c,and the average temperature shall not be higher than+35°c within 24 hours.When the temperature exceeds this limit,the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.
2.The relative humidity of surrounding air should not exceed 50%at high temperature+40℃,and relatively large relative humidity is allowed at low temperature,such as 90%at+20℃.The influence of condensation may occur accidentally due to temperature changes should be considered.
3.The altitude shall not exceed 2000M.
4.The vertical inclination when installing the device shall not exceed 5%,and the whole group of cabinets shall be arranged in a relatively smooth manner.
5.The device shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact and without corrosive substances.
6.This device is suitable for transportation and storage in the following temperature range:-25℃to+55℃,and not more than+70℃in a short time(24 hours).The device shall not suffer any unrecoverable damage at these extreme temperatures and shall be able to function normally.

4.Structural features
Modular holes E=20mm are installed on the main frame.Each function room of the device is strictly separated,and its compartments are mainly divided into function unit rooms,bus rooms and cable rooms,and the functions of each unit are relatively independent.The device puts the horizontal bus in the back of the cabinet,making the cable room have outlet channels above and below.
A.The module height of drawer layer is 160mm,divided into four size series of 1/2 unit,1 unit,2 unit and 3 unit,and rated current of unit circuit is 400A or below.
B.The drawer changes only in height and size,and its width and depth remain unchanged;The drawer of same function unit has good interchangeability.
C.Each cabinet of the device can be equipped with 11 1 unit drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers.
D.The drawer inlet and outlet lines adopt the same specification with different number of pieces according to the loop current.Generally,one piece of connector is≤200A.
E.The transfer between 1/2 unit drawer and cable room is of type zj-2 type with back plate structure.
F.For the connection of unit drawer and cable room,the same specification chip connector with different number of pieces is adopted according to the current,and generally one piece connector≤200A.
G.The drawer panel is clearly marked with the position of closing and breaking test and drawing out,and the drawer is equipped with mechanical interlocking device.
The feeder cabinet and the motor control cabinet are equipped with special cable compartment.The connection between the functional unit room and the cable compartment is realized through connecting parts or copper bars,which not only improves the use reliability of the cable,but also greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of the cable by users.
The number of auxiliary contacts of the functional unit of the device is 32 pairs with more than one unit.The 1/2 unit is 20 pairs.Can meet the needs of automated user and computer interface.
It is main body with drawer,have draw out type and stationary at the same time,can mix combination,choose arbitrarily.
The device is designed by three-phase five-wire system and three-phase four-wire system.The design department and users can easily choose PE+N or PEN mode.
The protection grade of cabinet put oneself in another's position is IP30,IP40,can choose according to user need.
