XL series low-voltage power distribution box is used for power distribution and lighting of hotels,hospitals,ports,factories and mines with voltage of 380V and capacity of 0.52-75kw motor in three-phase four-wire power system with rated voltage below 660V and rated voltage below 1000KVA transformer.This power distribution box can also be used for other symbols.The product has the characteristics of flexible circuit scheme,convenient combination,strong application,novel structure,etc.
Products comply with iec60439.1-1999"low-voltage complete switch equipment and control equipment"gb7251.1-2005"low-voltage complete switch is not available and control equipment"and other labeling requirements.
Second,the use of environmental conditions
1.The altitude is not more than 2000 meters.
2.Ambient temperature,air temperature of zhouyuan is not higher than+40℃,ambient air temperature is not lower than-10℃,and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than+35℃.
3,the air shall not have excessive dust,acid,salt,corrosive and explosive gas.
4.The relative temperature shall not exceed 50%when the highest temperature is+40℃,and a higher relative temperature is allowed at the lowest temperature,such as 90%when the temperature is below+20℃.It shall be considered that general condensation may occur accidentally due to temperature changes.
5.If the user has special requirements,he/she can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.

4.Structural features
1.Xl-21 power cabinet is assembled by C profile or 8MF profile,featuring compact structure,convenient maintenance and flexible combination of line schemes.The frame and special supporting parts are supplied by the company to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet.The components of the cabinet are designed according to the principle of modules,with high universal coefficient,which can be used for pre-production,shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the working efficiency.
2.The cabinet door and the frame are connected by removable movable hinges,which is convenient for installation and disassembly.
3.The grounding of the instrument door for the installation of electrical components is connected with the frame by multiple flexible copper wires.The installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the cabinet frame with knurled washer,and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
4.The auxiliary circuit has the functions of local,remote,automatic control and local and remote control switching.The contactor can be maintained by dc.
5.The main switch is provided with instantaneous tripping and thermal-magnetic tripping protection.In order to cooperate with the main switch of the next level,the instantaneous protection is cancelled to avoid tripping.
6.The motor control circuit is provided with short circuit instantaneous,overload,undervoltage release and phase break protection.
7,the use of silent operation of ac contactor,and energy saving function.
8.The main switch of the feed circuit is provided with instantaneous trip protection and thermal-magnetic trip protection,and leakage protection can be installed when the user requests.

Vi.Installation and use
1.Power distribution box can only be packed and transported after qualified inspection.When the product arrives at the destination,first check whether the box is complete.If the power distribution box is not installed immediately,store the product in a dry and clean place.
2.Power distribution box can be installed according to the installation diagram.The basic channel steel and screws shall be provided by the user.
3.After installation or maintenance of the power distribution box,a series of inspections and tests must be carried out before it is put into operation.
(1)check whether the internal electrical equipment and wiring conform to the schematic diagram
(2)check and operate the switch several times,whether it is flexible and normal.
(3)check and test the accuracy of all meter and relay operation.
Instructions for ordering
The customer should provide the following information when ordering:
1.All types of products(including main circuit scheme number and auxiliary circuit scheme number).
2.Main circuit system diagram and cabinet layout diagram.
3.Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit.
4.List of components inside the cabinet(specification of main bus).
5.Color and size of cabinet.
6.Other special requirements inconsistent with the normal use conditions of the product.
