S11-m series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers developed and produced by the company have the advantages of low loss,low noise and high efficiency,which can achieve good energy saving effect and reduce pollution.Compared with the ordinary oil-immersed transformer,the fully sealed transformer cancels the change of the oil volume of the oil storage tank and automatically adjusts and compensates by the elasticity of the corrugated plate of the corrugated oil tank.The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down the deterioration of oil and the aging of insulation,so as to enhance the operation reliability and avoid maintenance in normal operation.Meets the following criteria:

The transformer core is made of imported high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet,which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current,and laps the core to ensure the compactness of the core and reduce the noise.
The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen free copper.The low voltage windings of 500 kVA and below adopt double-layer cylinder structure,the double helix or spiral structure is adopted for 630kVA and above,and the high voltage windings adopt multi-layer cylinder structure.
The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.The measured noise value is below standard.
