The S13 series products produced by our company are all made of Shanghai baosteel 0.23-0.30mmQ series high permeability curved silicon steel sheet,the high and low voltage windings are all made of copper foil and copper wire,and the oil tank structure of fully sealed corrugated sheet is adopted.
The S13 type products are designed and manufactured with laminated core technology.The products have the features of maintenance free,convenient maintenance and stable operation.
Compared with the model S11,the no-load loss of model S13 is reduced by 27%on average.
A positioning structure is designed inside the body to ensure no displacement during transportation.At the same time,all fasteners are equipped with locking nuts to ensure the fasteners are not loose during long-term operation and meet the requirements of not lifting the core.
Fully sealed structure design,the transformer body and air isolation,prevent and slow down the deterioration of transformer oil and damp,enhance operational reliability.
Install pressure release valve signal thermometer gas relay to ensure safe operation of transformer.
