SCB13 epoxy resin cast dry type transformer is manufactured according to the standard"dry type power transformer".In addition to the advanced process structure,resistance to short circuit,high level of shock,but also with resistance,moisture,dust,noise and low characteristics,can be deep load center.Widely used in high-rise buildings,airports,stations,docks,power plants,substations,etc.Especially suitable for flammable,explosive and other places with high fire requirements for installation and use.
The standard transformer produced by the company is without shell,and the protection grade is IP00.If the customer needs,the shell with the protection grade of IP20 and IP23 can be provided.The shell can be made of ordinary steel plate,stainless steel plate,aluminum alloy and other materials according to customers'requirements,and treated with acid pickling,phosphating,plastic spraying and so on.Temperature control display instrument and load recording instrument are installed on the low-voltage side of the shell,which is convenient for users to observe and safe and reliable.

Low loss:the no-load loss of the product is more than 20%lower than that of the SCB11 product,with excellent energy saving effect,economical operation and maintenance-free.
Low noise:the noise level of the product is more than 10-15 db lower than the current professional standard JB/t10088-1999"sound level of 6-220kv transformer".
Low partial release:the resin mixture adopts foreign advanced stirring method and vacuum film degassing technology to make the mixture even and eliminate the bubbles in the mixture.The product only has very low partial discharge,which can be controlled under 5PC.The high and low voltage coils are poured under vacuum and pressure,so that the resin insulation not only has full enveloping property,but also has layer to turn leaching property.The pouring body has compact curing structure,resistance,explosion-proof and no pollution to the environment.
Insulation materials such as glass fiber winding coil have self-extinguishing characteristics,which will not produce electric arc due to short circuit,and resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.
High mechanical strength:packing resin to make casting body expansion coefficient difference is small,small curing shrinkage rate,small internal stress,curing of high hardness,the internal and external surfaces of the high and low voltage coil epoxy resin coating layer,placed with the strengthening of prefabricated molding material,especially as dense as the reinforced concrete structure,and mechanical strength is greater than the pure epoxy resin,can withstand the sudden and short-circuit force without damage.
