Xgn17-40.5 box type fixed ac metal enclosed switch equipment is a complete indoor distribution device with three-phase single bus and single bus with bypass system,which is suitable for power system with rated three-phase ac voltage of 40.5kv and rated frequency of 50Hz.It is used to receive and distribute electric energy and control,protect and monitor the circuit.In addition to widely used in general electric power systems,but also used in frequent operation sites.
This product can be equipped with zn12-40.5,zn85-40.5 and other high voltage vacuum circuit breakers,ln-40.5 sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers.With reasonable structure design,convenient maintenance,safe and reliable operation,frequent operation and other characteristics,but also has a perfect anti-error locking device,safe and reliable.The primary wiring scheme is complete,which can provide satisfactory distribution scheme for different usage occasions and different user requirements.
This product meets the standard requirements of GB3906,IEC298,etc.
Ii.Conditions of use:
1.The ambient temperature shall not be lower than-10℃or higher than 40℃;
2.Elevation no more than 1000 meters;
3.Air relative humidity:daily average is no more than 95%and monthly average is no more than 90%;
4,the earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;
5,no fire,explosion risk,serious pollution,chemical corrosion,violent vibration of the place.
6.Note:users may negotiate with the company for settlement in case of exceeding the above normal operating conditions.
Iii.Structural features:
Xgn17-40.5 box-type metal-enclosed switch equipment is of frame structure with air insulation.It is divided into main bus room,bypass bus room,front cabinet and back cabinet.The front cabinet is connected by bolts.Observation Windows and lighting are set at the front and back doors of the cabinet to observe the operation of main components inside the cabinet;On the right side,there is a protective plate separated from the cabinet,one or two components into a system,and isolated from each other.
Front front is the front door of the circuit breaker,known as the front door,the door is equipped with circuit breaker energy storage hole,emergency closing button hole;There is a cover plate on the hole,a mechanical locking device between the front door and the upper and lower isolation,and a circuit breaker and isolation switch.The left side of front cabinet is operation board,install isolation switch operation mechanism,the right side is maintenance small door,install program lock,there is program locking device between upper and lower isolation switch,back door.
The operating handle of by-pass disconnecting switch is installed on the right side of the rear cabinet,and the program locking device is provided with the special by-pass cabinet.
Main bus lines are installed in the main bus room at the top of the front cabinet,and bypass bus lines are installed in the bypass bus room at the top of the back cabinet.
The protection level is IP2X,which can effectively prevent foreign matter from entering the cabinet and causing short circuit fault,and prevent human body from approaching charged body,so as to ensure the safety of equipment and operation personnel.
