Dc panel is short for dc power operating system.The general name is intelligent maintenance-free dc power panel,or dc panel for short,and the general model is GZDW.Dc screen is suitable for the operation,control power supply and emergency lighting power supply of 10~500kV substations,power plants,distribution rooms of high-rise buildings and residential communities,and small self-provided power plants.It can also be used in other places that need dc power(such as petrochemical,mining,railway,etc.).The dc panel consists of ac-dc power distribution unit,charging module unit,buck silicon chain unit,dc feed unit,distribution monitoring unit,monitoring module unit and insulation monitoring unit.

System composition(components)
According to functional units,the system is composed of the following components.The basic functions of each component are as follows:
●high frequency switching rectifier module
High frequency rectifier module completes AC/DC transformation and realizes the basic functions of the system.
●ac distribution
The three-phase ac input power is distributed to each high frequency rectifier module through power distribution.Its extended function is to realize automatic switching of the two-way ac input power.
●dc feed
The dc bus voltage is distributed through distribution to each dc output circuit.
●silicon chain voltage regulating unit
The output voltage of the rectifier module and the battery voltage are reduced to a stable range of control voltage output.
●monitoring unit device
The management of the whole system,the realization window of man-machine dialogue,mainly for battery charging management,remote control of the system background.Through the monitoring device,all kinds of analog signals of ac,dc and extended quantities,as well as all kinds of switch signals are collected and analyzed.
●battery inspection
For single battery voltage monitoring and warning,our company provides battery inspection device and battery inspection unit.19 and 120 single batteries were tested respectively.
●insulation detection
Monitoring the insulation condition of the bus and the feeder and outlet branches,generating alarm signals,reporting data to the monitoring module system,and displaying detailed alarm information in the monitoring module.
