Scope of application ：
Applicable to ac 50Hz. Rated voltage 12kV three-phase power system, as the sub, combined load current, overload current and short circuit current. The circuit breaker can be equipped with an overlap controller to identify current characteristics and realize multiple automatic recloser or permanent fault isolation. Self-provided PT is used as the power supply to become an intelligent circuit breaker with voltage and current signals output and controllable. The power supply provided by electronic PT can complete the three-section composite protection of over current delay, inrush current delay and short circuit quick break.

Zw8-12g is composed of zw8-12 circuit breaker and isolating knife,which is called combined circuit breaker and can be used as sectional switch or self-provided power supply with built-in PT and external PT.
The operating mechanism of this series of products is CT23 spring energy storage operating mechanism,which is divided into electric and manual.
This product conforms to GB/T1984"high voltage ac circuit breaker",GB/T1985"ac high isolation switch and grounding switch"and GB/T11022"common technical requirements of high voltage switching equipment and control equipment standard"and other standard requirements.

4.Structural features.
1,can be equipped with spring operating mechanism,with the basic functions of switching off load current,overload current and short circuit current,is the basic model of zw8-12 series.The"combined circuit breaker"(hereinafter referred to as the"combined circuit breaker")may be formed by the combination of the circuit breaker and the disconnecting switch in conjunction with each other to form a"combined circuit breaker"(hereinafter referred to as the"combined circuit breaker")with obvious breaks.
2.Users can choose to use silicone rubber insulation sheath on the isolation switch,which has the characteristics of preventing rain,snow,wind,sand,pollution and corrosion,and can effectively avoid the freezing and oxidation of the isolation switch.
3.The circuit breaker can be equipped with lightning arrester,which can be installed on either side of the incoming or outgoing line according to the user's requirements;The circuit breaker can be equipped with inrush current controller to make it have the functions of hiding inrush current and over current break.The circuit breaker can be equipped with 2~3 measuring or measuring transformers.

5.Intelligent circuit breaker has recloser function for 1-3 times,and recloser parameters can be set;The intelligent circuit breaker has the functions of inrush current control,overcurrent protection and three-section compound protection of short-circuit speed breaking,and the parameters can be set continuously.Intelligent circuit breaker with small current grounding protection function,and parameters can be continuously set;The intelligent circuit breaker can be controlled by wire or by wireless remote control.It can be equipped with voltage transformer,which can draw electricity from the high-voltage side of the line and provide 220V,110V and 100V voltages to itself or other control equipment as required.The circuit breaker(small hydropower type)can be used for line voltage monitoring,when overvoltage or undervoltage,the controller automatically disconnect the circuit breaker,can be widely used in small hydropower branch and main grid parallel branch,to achieve network monitoring and fault automatic isolation;The circuit breaker(metering type)can output voltage and current signals with grade 0.2 accuracy,which is an ideal choice for substation,off-site scatter switch and simple metering switch.Electronic PT can be used to take electricity from CT to charge the battery.In the state of voltage loss,multiple energy storage and switching can be carried out,and the working voltage of external equipment can be provided.With the function of closing inrush current control,overcurrent protection and three-section compound protection of short circuit and quick break,the protection parameters can be set continuously by the user;It can be controlled by wire or wireless remote control under the rod.
