The protection grade of the shell is IP40--IP54,which can be flexibly selected according to the installation and use environment,so as to achieve excellent economic transmission of busway.According to the requirements of the system,the plug interface can be set at any location of the busway,which can be quickly installed,conveniently connected and safely used.

1)performance
(1)the separated air insulation type is adopted in the interior,which makes the safety net distance and creepage distance between phases much higher than the requirements stipulated by national standards.
(2)high-strength epoxy resin insulation material is used for inter-phase insulation in the equipment,which effectively improves the dynamic and thermal stability ability of busway equipment and meets the stable operation under various extreme conditions.
(3)the bus adopts copper or aluminum bars,which have high current density,low resistance,and small skin effect,so it is unnecessary to reduce the volume.Low voltage drop means low energy loss,saving the user's investment.For cables,because the cable core is multi-strand thin copper wire,its root area is larger than the bus with the same current level.And its skin effect is serious,reduce the current rating,increase the voltage drop,easy to heat.The power loss of the line is large,easy to aging.
2)safety
The shell adopts the corrugated structure formed by bending plate in one time,so the volume is small and the shape is beautiful and generous,which greatly enhances the mechanical strength load capacity of the traditional busway.Bus duct metal closed shell can protect the busbar from mechanical damage or animal damage,in the distribution system using the plug-in unit installation is safe,grounding shell can be used as a whole,the ground is very reliable,and cable PVC casing are susceptible to damage mechanical and animals,installing a cable need to cut off power supply first,if there are errors could be dangerous,especially the grounding cable for field work,grounding is not reliable,leading to increased risk.

4)line optimization
By using busway,we can combine some branch circuits and convert them into a large busway with a plug box.It can simplify the electrical system and get lower current value with more strands.Therefore,it saves the cost of the project and is easy to maintain.For traditional cable lines,cables can make electrical systems complex,bulky,and difficult to maintain,thus wasting engineering costs and installation space.Bus channels of different current levels all adopt unified cover plate,with high standardization of equipment,strong interchange ability,convenient capacitive interface,and high speed and convenience for early installation and later maintenance.
5)extensibility
For bus,system expansion can be completed by adding or changing several segments,with high reuse rate.In most cases,the cable cannot be reused because the length and route are different.If we want to expand the system,we need to buy new cables to replace the old ones.
6)plug-in switch box
Plug-in switch box can be used with air-type busway.No additional accessories are required for installation.Pin is an important part,it is made of copper alloy stamping,after heat treatment to enhance the elasticity,and the surface of tin treatment,even if the plug more than 200 times,still can maintain a stable contact ability.The box body is set with a grounding point to ensure a reliable grounding,the box is set with a switching circuit,the use of plastic case circuit breaker can be divided into the capacity of overload and short circuit protection.
